A magnitude 4.1 quake struck Surigao Del Norte twice on Friday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Philvocs).
In its bulletin, Phivolcs said the tremor occurred at 5:47 a.m. with its epicenter traced at 44 kilometers northwest of General Luna in Surigao Del Norte.
