Maguindanao adopts halal security

KIDAPAWAN CITY: Local executives and the military have jointly drafted a peace blueprint empowering elected officials to lead the resolution through ‘convergence approach’ of all governance and domestic security issues, with state armed forces’ standby assistance assured. The joint plan was drafted at the first ever security workshop of Maguindanao mayors and commanders of all Army units in Central Mindanao dubbed “Kadtatabanga Para Sa Maguindanao” at Camp Siongco in Datu Odin in Sinsuat town on Monday. Kadtatabanga is local Muslim dialect for communal movement, which Maj. Gen. Romeo Gapuz, Army’s Sixth Infantry Division chief, and elected officials led by Gov. Esmael Mangudadatu want done in all 36 towns of Maguindanao as a principal humanitarian mission.
