UNITED NATIONS: Failure to agree on who will take part in an international conference on the Syria could thwart hopes that the make-or-break meeting will be held in June, diplomats said Wednesday.
United Nations leader Ban Ki-moon said that key “elements” of the proposed conference had still not been agreed by the United States and Russia.
