The Makati City police is questioning 126 persons as part of its investigation of the shooting incident at the Burgundy Corporate Tower that left one security guard dead on Thursday.
Makati police chief Sr. Supt. Manuel Lukban Jr. on Friday said with the number of people subjected to questioning, they needed more time to complete the investigation.
Makati police had rounded up more than a hundred people, mostly security guards, after the incident.
Jimmy Lagunsad, an employee of the Sidekick Security Agency died from a gunshot wound in the chest.
Lukban refused to identify the shooter, saying the probe was ongoing.
Two firms are fighting for management control of Burgundy, and each has hired its own set of security guards.
