ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY: Police arrested a man who shot his wife during a heated argument in the town of Ipil in Zamboanga Sibugay province in southern Philippines.
Police said the woman, Roxanne Serrano, 23, was rushed to hospital for a gunshot wound in the face. Her husband, Ernie Alibansa, 28, was arrested and detained at the local jail.
