POLICE authorities launched a manhunt against two gunmen who shot dead shot a member of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) who was manning a checkpoint in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur on Tuesday.
Reports in Camp Crame on Wednesday said that the Surigao del Sur Provincial police issued a flash alarm to local police stations for the two gunmen who killed Police Officer 2 Edwin Arañes.
