Sr. Supt. Orlando Yebra Jr., Pasig City police chief, said a 45-year-old woman identified as Evelyn Coloma, a manicurist and a resident of Brgy. Pineda, was critically wounded after she was shot by unidentified men on Friday. She was allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade. Danica Sabales, the victim’s daughter, said she heard bursts of gunfire inside their comfort room and then saw her mother with gunshot wounds on different parts of her body. She saw her mother’s assailants as they fled but could not identify them as they were wearing masks and bonnets. The victim was immediately brought to the Rizal Medical Center for treatment.
