    The Philippines’ reigning Big League Softball world titlist Manila demolished Guam in six innings, 14-0, to lead a day of triumphs for the hosts in the 2013 Little League Asia/Pacific and Middle East Tournament yesterday at the Clark Parade Grounds in Clark Freeport Zone. The Philippine Series champions in the other fronts also emerged victorious in Day 2 of the weeklong qualifiers sponsored by Clark Development Corp., Philippine Sports Commission and KFC. Iloilo Province outlasted Indonesia in a thrilling two-and-a-half-hour encounter in Little League Softball, 10-6, while Sta. Cruz, Laguna blanked Guam in Senior League Softball, 7-0. Iloilo Province shut out Guam in Junior League Softball, 11-0, while Muntinlupa edged Saipan in Big League Baseball, 4-2.
