Manila Bay Clean-Up Run calls for participants

The Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) will mount the fourth Manila Bay Clean-Up Run on July 13, 2014. Open to all runners, the marathon will feature 3-kilometer, 5-kilometer, 10-kilometer, and 21-kilometer races. The top three winners in each race division will receive trophies and cash prizes.

Since 2009, as a solid manifestation of corporate social responsibility, MBC has joined forces with other establishments based along Roxas Boulevard to implement Land Bank’s Manila Bay Clean-Up Program. The fun run is one of many activities aiming to generate funds for systematic long-term solutions to environmental sanitation problems of the country’s coastal resources and tributaries.
