Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada of Manila vowed to distribute a P10,000-bonus to each and all 2,007 police officers of Manila on April 19, the mayor’s 77th birthday.
Asked where he will get the funds for the bonuses, the former president said the city has collected around P7 million already from taxes paid by vendors of the Divisoria night market.
