PO3 Giles Macoy Imperial, 44, and his Swedish girlfriend Ma. Theresa Wtchanee de Jager, 44, spent five days at the Manila Hotel from January 21 to 26. They could not pay the bill when the hotel management demanded payment on January 26, a few hours after they were expected to check out.
