Streets surrounding the University of Santo Tomas will be closed to traffic starting at 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, the first day of the bar exams.
Ordered closed to traffic are Dapitan St. from A.H. Lacson Avenue to P. Noval St., and the stretch of P. Noval Street to España Boulevard.
Motorists going to Quiapo or those coming from A.H. Lacson Avenue should turn right to España Boulevard.
Those turning right to A.H. Lacson Avenue may turn left to Aragon St. then to A. Mendoza St. to their destination.
Meanwhile, those coming from Nagtahan Bridge via A. H. Lacson Avenue going to Dapitan St. should turn left to A. Aragon St., straight to A. Mendoza St. to their destination.
Parking will not be allowed along Espana Boulevard, A.H. Lacson Avenue, Dapitan St. and P. Noval St.
On November 29, the last day of the examination, the westbound lane of España Boulevard from A.H. Lacson Venue to P. Noval St. will be closed to traffic from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Also closed to traffic will be Dapitan St. from A. H. Lacson Ave. to Navarra St. from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Southbound motorists should take A.H. Lacson Avenue should proceed to Nagtahan Bridge to their destination, while those headed north should make a U-turn at Aragon St. straight to Nagtahan Bridge.
Westbound or Quiapo-bound motorists using España Boulevard should turn right at A.H. Lacson Avenue, left to Laong-Laaan St. to A. Mendoza St. to destination.
