This novel concept was launched in a gathering of fashion connoisseurs from all over the metro eager to take a sneak peek of the Italian designer’s signature limited edition leather bags and accessories and home furnishing, as well as the Italian deli store and wine bar with cellar, and European fusion restaurant.

No less than Italian designer Massimo Trulli himself was present at the store opening joined by storeowners Atty. Gale Atienza and Adriano Stefanutti to welcome the guests.

Among the fashion lovers who came to admire the colorful pop art 50s & 60s renditions in leather pieces while savoring the fine selection of wine and delicious hors d’oeuvres were Agnes Lopez, Hui Chen Stefanutti, Chit Montenegro, retired Supreme Court Justice Consuelo Ynares-Santiago, Sen Carmona, Margie Moran-Floirendo, Jeanne Gouldbourn and Frances Lim, Virginia Lane, Rupert & Tina Jacinto. One of Philippine show business’ prettiest faces, actress Gretchen Barretto together with her Tonyboy Cojuangco graced the launch.

Catching everyone’s fancy that evening were the bags donning faces of classic icons Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren, and Audrey Hepburn.

Aside from the fashionable accessories, Massimo Trulli’s exquisite chairs and tables are at the forefront of the concept store’s Restaurant and Wine Bar. While seated on the designer’s chairs, shoppers and diners were served Spanish tapas, Italian cheeses, and other globally inspired dishes, as well as extensive selection of Italian wines.
