LEGAZPI CITY: The medical mission of Rep. Rolando Andaya and the local government unit of Sipocot town on Thursday turned disastrous after a motorized boat ferrying 21 people capsized killing one while another remains missing.
Police Chief Insp. Jerome Regachuelo, Sipocot chief of police said Reynante Calayo was found before dawn on Feb. 25, 2016 at the seashore of Barangay Anid, while Artemio Sabalbero, boat operator, remains missing as of press time.
