Megaworld declares P2-B cash dividends

MAGNATE Andrew Tan’s property arm Megaworld Corp. has declared cash dividends amounting to more than P2 billion on its common and preferred shares.

In a disclosure on Monday, Megaworld said its board of directors has approved the declaration of a total of P2.007 billion in cash dividends on its outstanding common shares, payable on July 20, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2018. Each common share shall be entitled to a cash dividend of P0.06227666.
