Listed real estate developer Megaworld allotted P1.5 billion to construct the 15-story Marriott Courtyard Hotel to rise at the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park.
In a statement, Megaworld said that the hotel will offer “first-class accommodation to business and leisure travellers” in the Western Visayas region, as the project will be a tie up with international lodging company, Marriott International Inc.
