PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino 3rd has appointed maritime law and policy expert Maximo Mejia Jr. as the new administrator of the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina).
In a press briefing, Palace deputy spokesman Abigail Valte said the President signed Mejia’s appointment letter on May 22.
