THE Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) on Monday called former minister Lowell Menorca 2nd a fugitive after the Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed that the expelled member and his family left the country on Sunday.
Menorca was supposed to appear at the Court of Appeals on Monday for the continuation of his cross-examination on the writ of amparo petition filed by his brother Anthony and sister-in-law Jungko.
