There are no weather disturbances in the country, but the tail-end of a cold front will bring rains over eastern Luzon.
PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be cloudy with light rains while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated showers or thunderstorms.
The LPA spotted in Surigao City on Saturday has already dissipated.
Aurora and Quezon will be cloudy with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which could trigger flashfloods and landslides. Cagayan Valley, Bicol and Eastern Visayas will be cloudy with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Strong to gale force winds associated with the surge of northeast mMonsoon is expected to affect the northern and the eastern seaboards of Nothern Luzon.
