PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday confirmed the presence of the Mexican "Sinaloa" drug cartel in the Philippines, as he reiterated his commitment to fight illegal drugs.
In a speech in Malacañang, Duterte said the Philippines has no place for the Sinaloa cartel, considered the largest and most powerful drug trafficking organization in the West.
