Miami’s Jordan slapped with another ban

DAVIE, United States: The National Football League slapped the Miami Dolphins’ Dion Jordan with another suspension on Friday (Saturday in Manila), unwilling to let him off the hook for a doping violation. The NFL announced that Jordan’s previously imposed four-game suspension has been lifted, per the terms of the NFL’s new drug policy.

However, Jordan has been suspended for the next four Miami games, this time for a violation of the NFL’s Policy and Program on Substances and Abuse. The 2013 first-round pick will be eligible to return to the Dolphins on October 20 following the team’s week seven game against the Chicago Bears.
