Suzuki bares prices of new Ertiga, Swift 1.2L; cars to hit showrooms in July
SUZUKI Phils., which sells Suzuki motorcycles and automobiles, has released official pricing for two of its latest products—the new Ertiga and the Swift 1.2L.
The pair will be sold at Suzuki dealerships in July.
Suzuki, which dubbed the Ertiga as a “Life Utility Vehicle,” said the model can seat seven while “combining the compactness and maneuverability of a hatchback, the style and comfort of a sedan, and the space and stature of a sports-utility vehicle.” The company noted it is ideal for families and business executives.
The Ertiga has a 1.4-liter engine that makes 95hp at 6,000rpm and 130Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. It is available in four variants.
The Ertiga GA MT is priced at P619,000; Ertiga GL MT at P712,000; Ertiga GL AT at P752,000; and Ertiga GLX AT at P812,000.
Colors to be offered on the Ertiga are Serene Blue, Firebrick Red, Granite Grey, Dusky Brown, Superior White and Silky Silver.
Suzuki will soon unveil a version of the Swift subcompact hatchback that has a smaller 1.2-liter engine. The company said the new variant “promises even better fuel efficiency while retaining most of what people loved about the Swift.” It is designed to appeal to a wider audience, particularly to young professionals and first-time car owners, who love the sporty style of a subcompact car.
The Swift 1.2L’s engine makes 87hp at 6,000rpm and 114Nm at 4,000rpm. It can be matched to either a manual transmission or an automatic transmission.
The Swift 1.2L MT will sell for P608,000 while the AT variant will cost P648,000. It will come in Blazing Red, Glistening Grey, Silky Silver, Pearl Arctic White and Midnight Black paint colors.
