SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: The La Union Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) retrieved on Thursday the body of drowning victim Clark Harry Go, a 22-year-old vacationer from San Quintin, Pangasinan, who was missing since Easter Sunday.
Go, an elected youth leader or Sangguniang Kabataan, was found along the coast of Barangay Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union, the next town north of Sitio Cabanaroan, Quirino, Bacnotan, where he went swimming with two other companions, including, Marian Bo, 19, who he earlier tried to save from being swept away by high tide.
