Go, an elected youth leader or Sangguniang Kabataan, was found along the coast of Barangay Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union, the next town north of Sitio Cabanaroan, Quirino, Bacnotan, where he went swimming with two other companions, including, Marian Bo, 19, who he earlier tried to save  from being swept away by high tide.

The two others were Mark John Bo, 24, and Richard Zamora, 25, who were looking for a good surfing spot, according to investigations.
