Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) recently held its annual Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO) at its Calamba City dealership – Best Southern Genesis Motors Inc. Now on its 19th year, the competition was fielded by more than a hundred Olympians coming from MMPC’s dealerships nationwide.
Each year the competition gets tougher and more exciting as each dealership aims to be declared as the overall champion. Competitions in the MSO are categorized to showcase the best of vehicle sales, parts sales and after-sales skills of the contestants. Much more, the goal is for each dealership to train their personnel holistically with providing the best customer service in mind. Through the MSO, dealership front liners’ skills are honed to win Mitsubishi’s valued customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. This is also an avenue in strengthening Mitsubishi Motors’ spirit of passion and thus, building friendship and camaraderie among the Mitsubishi family.
