• Mitsubishi turns over Fuso Canter trucks to IMI

MITSUBISHI Motors Phils. Corp.’s (MMPC), Cebu dealership Fast Autoworld Phils. Corp. (FAPC) recently turned over more than 10 Fuso Canter and other Mitsubishi vehicles to consumer products distributor Intisari Mulia International Inc. (IMI).

IMI’s investment in vehicles is in preparation for its business and market expansion in the Philippines, MMPC said.

IMI was established in 2012 when it was appointed as the country distributor of Saji brand food products in the Philippines by Delima Oil Products of Malaysia. Besides being the sole distributor of Malaysian palm oil in the country, the company is also expanding its business and exploring other industries.

MMPC said that to date, five Canter FE85 and eight Canter FE71 trucks were already delivered to IMI.

MMPC Vice President for Vehicle Sales Mark Medina and FAPC Assistant Vice President Rene Poro turned over the trucks to IMI officials Brando Escudero and Erico Escudero.
