The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday asked the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to defer repair work on Dario bridge along EDSA, Quezon City.
MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the DPWH has not enough trained traffic flagmen to assist in traffic management at the area.
