MMDA EXPECTS 100 TRUCKLOADS OF TYPHOON DEBRIS

METROPOLITAN Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino on Thursday said the agency expects 100 truckloads of debris left by Typhoon Glenda. He deployed 700 personnel from Street Clearing Operations Group (SCOG) and Metro Parkway Clearing Group (MPCG) to remove debris, mostly fallen trees, broken branches and roofs that were ripped off from residential and commercial buildings.
