FOR failing to finish the reblocking of some portions of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) on time, contractors tapped by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will be fined.
Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino identified the contractors as AKH Contractor and Jargon Builders.
