The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be implementing a temporary modified truck ban during the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.
The scheme will be implemented along the south truck route from November 17 to November 20 from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
