The Traffic Education Division of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) recently conducted a two-day traffic management seminar for 50 newly- hired traffic enforcers for the Skyway Stage 3 project.
The seminar focuses on traffic engineering, road safety and handling of traffic accidents, among others. The seminar was concluded with a practicum on traffic direction and control which was given by MMDA traffic education division chief Anita Verdeflor Cannaoay.

The Skyway Stage 3 project is a 14.8-kilometer. elevated expressway that will link South Luzon Expressway at the Buendia-end of the Skyway System with the North Luzon Expressway in Balintawak that traverses central Manila. It is a project of Citra Central Expressway Corp.
