THE so-called new wave section of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has received a record-breaking number of 126 entries this year.
MMFF overall head and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino said 18 entries were submitted for the full-feature film, while there were 88 student-short and 18 animation participants.
