The operator of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Manila North Tollways Corp. said on Tuesday that it was given 30 days to enter into the revised business and operating agreement (BOA) by the government.
“We have received the notice of award. We now have 30 days to enter into the revised business and operating agreement (BOA),” Rodrigo Franco, president of the Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC), said.
