CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga: Western Visayas’ most wanted killer was arrested Thursday by policemen in Iba, Zambales.

Chief Supt. Raul Petrasanta, Region 3 police director, identified the suspect as Noel Ayalin alias “Kalbo,” a former barangay captain and resident of Barangay San Ramon, Silay City.
