Cebu: Ten regional hotels from the Swiss-based upscale hotel company have concluded their series of roadshow events spanning throughout cities in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Seoul.
The Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Roadshow which started from 4 March to 1 April 2014, were designed to raise awareness and promote tourism to selected properties around the world.
Offering attractive discounts and benefits, guests can take advantage of special offers in their chosen destination in Asia. Represented properties included Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts in Cebu, Phuket, Sentosa, Dead Sea, Petra, Nabatean Castle Hotel Petra, Tala Bay Aqaba, Aqaba, Karon Beach Phuket, Enshi, as well as international sales offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul and Corporate Office in Bangkok.
In addition, the roadshow allowed for each property to communicate new developments, offers and allowed for the group to announce the expansion plans of the company.
Each property was also tasked to represent their destination with a unique table top design. Out of all the Movenpick properties represented, Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu garnered the most number of votes in Hong Kong, and second place in Shanghai.
The design captured the hotel’s concept of “Barefoot Elegance”, bringing the white sand beach and lifestyle to more busier cities in Asia.
The group is strengthening its presence in Asia with new properties in the pipeline over the next few years.
