Muslim pilgrims lose baggage


ZAMBOANGA CITY: Muslim pilgrims from Sulu and Basilan are   still waiting for their baggage which got lost during a trip back home from Dubai. About 200 Muslims, who arrived in Manila onboard Cebu Pacific on October 10 after attending the annual hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia,  learned that their baggage were not on the plane. One of the passengers, veteran Sulu journalist Zenaida Masong, said “nobody from the airline company is talking to us and we don’t even know what happened to our bags and many pilgrims are not happy with this incident.” There was no immediate statement from Cebu Pacific about the complaints of the pilgrims.
