THE Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) has activated the Christmas Express lane on EDSA, a police official said on Tuesday.
The director of the PNP-HPG, Chief Supt. Arnold Gunnacao, told reporters in a chance interview at Camp Crame in Quezon City that the Christmas Express lane was activated but for this holiday season only to ease up traffic along EDSA.
