Honda Cars offers Holy
Week roadside assistance

Honda Cars Phils. Inc. (HCPI), in partnership with Petron Akbay Alalay, will aid, service, and support motorists this Holy Week through the Honda Emergency Assistance Team (HEAT).

HEAT is an emergency action team that’s committed to promote Honda’s social responsibility in terms of providing road assistance to motorists who encounter problems during their trip.

“HEAT is intended for all customers, regardless of car brands and manufacturers,” HCPI’s senior assistant vice president for parts and services Danny Pedro said. “We, at Honda, want to be there whenever we are needed,” he added.

From today to April 8, Honda and non-Honda customers can receive the services that HEAT offers. The services are not available on Good Friday.

HEAT provides preventive maintenance checks, general repairs, retail and sales, and travel advisories. On top of these, Honda also offers free 18-point checkups and sale of exclusive Honda products.

There are 15 HEAT sites for motorists in Luzon like in Legaspi, Tagaytay, Santo Tomas, Batangas, Laoag, Ilocos Norte, and Santa Fe, Nueva Viscaya. Roving teams are assigned around NLEX and SLEX, and they can be contacted through 0917-881-86-57 and 0917-500-46-07 in the south and 0917-793-82-76 and 0917-500-48-74 in the north.

HEAT is in cooperation with Denso, Motolite, Alpine, LSF, and SAVI.

Customers can also call Honda’s 1-800-1000-HONDA hotline. The public may also check put the all-new Honda CR-V in HEAT stations in Baguio, Tagaytay, STAR Toll in Batangas and SLEX Silangan Camp in San Pedro, Laguna.
