CABANATUAN CITY: Police
undertaking the investigation of the gruesome killing of Radyo ng
Bayan reporter Carmelo “Mark” Palacios train their eyes on the
man last seen with the victim the day before he was found dead.
An artist sketch of the man,
approximately stands 5’4", was provided by the provincial
intelligence and investigation bureau of the Nueva Ecija police
office.
