Solon denies involvement
in shooting of mediamen |

GUMACA, Quezon: A lawmaker on Saturday vehemently
denied any involvement in the ambush of two Lucena City-based media
practitioners here.
“Wala akong pagbabanta kay
Sonny Mallari. Ni minsan di ako sumagot o gumanti sa mga komentaryo
niya sa akin sa radio, TV at diyaryo. Ang lahat na sinabi ni Sonny
sa akin ay walang katotohanan [I don’t have any grudge against
Sonny Mallari [Philippine Daily Inquirer]. Not even once have I
issued comments against him. All his [Sonny] accusations are
false],” said Quezon First District Rep. Rafael Nantes.
