NCR pulls away in
medal tally |

KORONADAL CITY: Jose Renato Unso, son of a
former Southeast Asian Games record holder, showed signs of
following his father’s footsteps by ruling the secondary boys
400-meter hurdles Wednesday as powerhouse National Capital Region
broke away in the medal chart of the 2007 Palarong Pambansa at the
South Cotabato Sports Complex here.
Unso timed in 57.2 seconds, a few seconds short
of the Palaro record of 55.7 seconds set by Jorge Pamunanong in Naga
City.
