Muntinlupa City mayoralty candidate Lor Fresnedi has
won the support of several organizations going into the final weeks
of the election campaign.
Women groups such as Samahang May
Pag-ibig sa Kapwa, Lakas ng Kababaihan, Muntinlupa Local Council for
Women, and Leyte-Samar Women’s Associations among others have
expressed their strong support for the candidacy of Mrs. Fresnedi.
Religious groups like the
Association of Born Again Christians said Mrs. Fresnedi reflected
the ideal characteristics they are looking for in a candidate like
calmness in spirit, dedicated housewife and mother, person with
upright principles, honest, faithful, strong willed, high spirited
and determined.
The 22 youth organizations in the
city led by the Lakas ng Kabataan Youth Federation confirmed their
willingness to back up Mrs. Fresnedi saying she is the best bet the
city has to continue the many pro-youth and children programs the
current administration presently implements.
Other youth groups supporting
Mrs. Fresnedi are the Sucat Youth Builders Federation, Lakas ng
Kabataan Youth Federation, Alabang, Tunasan and Sicat-Buli Youth
Federations.
The Muntinlupa Muslim Association
and Basher L. Manta Association have also expressed support for Mrs.
Fresnedi.
