Introducing the new HP
consumer  notebooks

HP Philippines has unveiled its new Imprint case design technology used in its latest and innovative notebook PCs for consumers at a media event in Makati.

The laptops include HP Pavilion dv2000 entertainment notebook series, the special edition Pavilion dv2600 series, and the Compaq Presario v3000 series. All models are updated with the latest HP Imprint patterns.

The Imprint patterns or designs applied in all the latest HP notebooks were carefully planned and skillfully applied based on the latest trend and taste of the target consumers. “We put them together [the latest fashion in electronics and the future trends] and we also set our designers around the world  such as in Paris, Milan, Taipei, New York, Shanghai and in Tokyo, just to get the latest fashion trends and events,” according to Christian Reyes, Personal Systems Group (PSG) market development manager, HP Philippines. “We actually get our inspiration from the simplest things like lines.”

“The latest HP Imprints offer a new dimension in industrial design that enables people to personally connect to their notebooks, blending them seamlessly into their daily lives,” said Bernadette Nacario, PSG general manager, HP Philippines.

Reyes explained that the designs of the notebook are “set of symmetric lines and organic elements which symbolize fluidity and flexibility.” The new Pavilion consumer notebooks feature Radiance, a high-gloss HP Imprint pattern, while the special edition Pavilion notebooks feature the Verve Imprint design.

Meanwhile, HP’s new Compaq Presario notebooks debut the new Compaq logo, a combination of C and Q of Compaq, and introduce the Trace, the new HP Imprint, with the line pattern akin to a human fingerprint in part also signifying someone’s personal connection to his/her notebook.
