Makati RTC junks
Leviste petition |

THE Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC)
junked the Department of Justice petition to reverse an earlier
court ruling that granted temporary liberty to former governor
Antonio Leviste of Batangas after allegedly killing his long-time
aide, Rafael de las Alas, on January 12.
Leviste had paid a P300,000 bond
for his temporary liberty.
