Court of Appeals reiterates its earlier position that
a “selective retake” be done on the June 2006 nursing exams
|
|
THE Court of Appeals (CA) dismissed the petition
that questioned their earlier decision which ordered a “selective
retake” of the controversial June 2006 Nursing Board Examinations
that was allegedly tainted with leakages.
This developed as the appellate court dismissed
for lack of merit the motion for reconsideration lodged by Rene Luis
Tadle, who represented the University of Santo Tomas College of
Nursing pro-retake group.
