Athletics delivers 2 silvers, 2 bronzes

NAKHON RATCHASIMA: The RP track and field team
delivered two silvers and two bronzes at the start of the athletics
competition in the 24th Southeast Asian Games Friday at His Majesty
the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary Stadium here.
Mary Grace Milgar surpassed her bronze medalist
in Manila SEAG as she placed second in women’s 400-meter hurdles
with 59.07 seconds. Thai Wassana Winatho took the gold medal in
57.21 seconds while Vietnamese Nu Nguyen Thi bagged the bronze with
59.25 seconds.
