Adrian Cristobal, an appreciation
|
|
Adrian E. Cristobal, writer, journalist, public servant and former
publisher of this paper, passed away last Saturday morning. He
was 75.
Cristobal’s career as a writer and journalist
spanned more than 50 years.
He co-founded the UP Creative Writing Center
(now known as the UP Institute of Creative Writing), was a founding
member of Pen Philippines and the Ravens, a select literary group at
the University of the Philippines and the Unyon ng mga Manunulkat na
Pilipino (Umpil).
