Govt has witness to
Davao media man’s slay |

The Department of Justice saidit
has a 15-year-old witness to the killing of Ferdinand Lintuan, a
Davao City broadcaster on Saturday, Executive Secretary Eduardo
Ermita said.
“Justice Secretary [Raul
Gonzalez] told me that they have a lead and has a witness, but they
still have to ask the consent of the parents to give the witness’
testimony on the murder,” Ermita said.
