Harbour wallops Hapee in Game 2

INTENSIFIED Harbour Centre Batang Pier rebounded from a so-so performance the last time out to clobber the top-seeded Hapee Toothpaste Complete Protectors, 73-59, in Game 2 of the 2008 PBL V-GO Extreme Energy Drink Cup best-of-three finals series Saturday at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum in Manila.

The win tied the series at one game apiece, with Hapee taking Game 1, 72-69, after Batang Pier’s Sol Mercado missed both his free throws in the final 2.3 seconds.
