New task force sought 
to resolve Lintuan killing

The National Press Club (NPC) on Sunday sought the creation of a new task force composed of Manila-based agents from the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to resolve the murder of Fernando “Batman” Lintuan, and look into allegations that former military General Jovito Palparan was probably involved.

In Davao City, police have widened the manhunt for a second man allegedly linked to the murder of Lintuan.
