Ever heard of comfort bags? |

IF there are comfort foods, then
there is also such a thing as comfort bags. That’s according to
the Italian Gian Luca Traverso, general manager of Furla leather
goods and accessories for Asia, who flew in from Hong Kong last week
to announce several new developments in the luxury brand’s
presence in the Philippines.
Traverso was referring to the
inspiration behind Furla’s Spring/Summer 2007 collections dubbed
Memorie Nostalgiche and Tropical Vintage. As the names imply, the
two categories carry a host of styles from the past, what with the
current year celebrating the label’s 80th anniversary.
